The gentleman was very thorough in repairing my dryer. He moved the machine to give better function and prevent future problems. He was very helpful in giving tips for preventive maintenance in sorting laundry to give the best outcome and protect my machine.

Within a couple of hours, the technician was at my home and inspecting my washer & dryer. The technician was able to research the unit and had it working better than it did before. No unnecessary costs due to ordering parts that were not needed. He was able to fix it with just the tools that he had with him and a new tech sheet. I would gladly call him back for other repairs/appliances when needed!
